Arrivals and departures for rentals : Thursday or Sunday in July/August, or every day according to availability and/or on request.

• RENTALS: Arrivals are from 3 pm to 8 pm. In case of late arrival, the tenant is requested to inform the campsite reception on 04 75 68 80 19. An inventory sheet will be given to you on your arrival, please report any shortcomings or remarks on the same day. No late complaint can be taken into account.
• The deposit is 400 € per rental, credit card online with our partner Swikly, without charge, without amount blocked on the card.
• Possibly by cheque, cash or credit card (blocked amount). The deposit is returned on the day of departure if everything is in order.
• The rentals must be vacated by 10 am maximum, the inventory of fixtures is done by appointment between 8 and 10 am.
  The cleaning at the end of the stay is at your charge, we propose a cleaning option package at 60 € (paper bed sheets removed, dustbins emptied and cleaned, dishes done and put away, refrigerator emptied and cleaned, coffee machine emptied and cleaned).
• PITCHES: Arrivals are from 12 noon. They must be vacated and cleaned before 12 noon on the day of departure.
  The deposit for the private Freecamp sanitary facilities is 250 €.
  If there is no news after 48 hours of the initial planned arrival, the management reserves the right to freely dispose of the rental or the pitch.
• We retain the costs in accordance with our cancellation policy.

All firm reservation requests from the buyer must be made in writing and accompanied by :

• payment of a deposit including 25% of the cost of the stay
• the booking contract duly completed and signed
• the non-refundable booking fee (if calculated)
• the contribution for the cancellation insurance (if taken out)
• This reservation is only binding on the buyer once he/she has received a confirmation of registration from the campsite.

The balance of the stay must be paid at the latest 30 days before the beginning of the stay. If the balance is not paid within the time limit indicated, it shall be considered as cancelled and our cancellation conditions described below shall apply.

The contract is nominative and cannot be transferred. Under no circumstances may the number of tenants exceed the accommodation capacity of the rentals mentioned on the contract.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, in relation to the dates mentioned on your booking form, the total amount of the stay will remain due. You will not be entitled to any reimbursement for the part of the stay not taken.

Last minute bookings: All bookings made less than 30 days before the departure date must be paid in full by credit card only.

The contract implies the respect of the campsite rules and regulations displayed at the reception and of the provisions mentioned in the tabs below.

Civil liability insurance is compulsory. It is the client’s responsibility to take out insurance. The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather or any other incident for which the client is liable.

Any complaint following a stay must be made in writing, and sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 20 days of your stay. In the event of a dispute, only the court of Romans sur Isère will be competent.

The full regulations will be provided to you on request and are displayed at the campsite reception.

On the part of the buyer: Any cancellation must be notified by letter, which will take effect from the date of receipt of the letter.

For more peace of mind, we advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

For a cancellation :

more than 30 days before your arrival, the amount of the deposit remains with the campsite.
less than 30 days before your arrival, the total amount of the rental, the reservation fee and the insurance premium are retained.
In order to obtain a possible compensation, we invite you to take out a cancellation or interruption of stay insurance policy at the time of booking.

On the part of the campsite: If the Flower campsite has to cancel its rental services for bare pitches and/or rental accommodation on any of the sites listed in this brochure, any contracting party who has received his or her confirmation of stay will be informed by registered letter and will then be reimbursed in full up to the amount paid.

For rental accommodation, a deposit of 400 € will be required on arrival, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay and at the latest within a week by post after your departure. (340€ for the accommodation guarantee and 60€ for the cleaning deposit)

• The campsite reserves the right to retain part or all of the amount in case of damage to the accommodation and its contents and/or equipment on the campsite.

The campsite also reserves the right to keep the sum of 60 € to cover the costs of cleaning the accommodation or the barbecue/plancha if this has not been done on departure.

Parties and evenings are not allowed. Only parties organised by the campsite or the campsite restaurant are permitted.

Visitors: Guests must be presented to the reception upon arrival and must pay the fee according to the current tariff and respect the campsite rules.

Animals: our friends the animals are welcome on the campsite and are tolerated in the rentals (except for the TRIGANO Lodges, the My Drop caravan, the Airstream caravan and the Bivouacs and Maoris), after agreement of the management, under the imperative conditions of being tattooed and vaccinated against rabies (up to date booklet) with an animal supplement.

They must be kept on a lead and walked for their needs outside the campsite. They must never be left alone. Access to the swimming pool and sanitary facilities is strictly forbidden.

Owners must pick up after their pets and keep them clean. Small plastic bags are available at the campsite reception.

Any breach of these rules may result in exclusion from the campsite without entitlement to a refund of the remaining stay.

Barbecues: The use of high-powered personal electrical appliances such as deep fryers, electric barbecues, etc., is prohibited, as are charcoal or wood barbecues: (deep fryer, electric barbecues etc.) are forbidden as well as charcoal or wood barbecues. Only gas barbecues are allowed on the campsite.

Swimming pool managed by the municipality : Shorts or Bermuda shorts are not allowed. No alcoholic beverages (including beer) may be served to pool users or consumed on the snack bar/restaurant terrace.

Playground: reserved for children aged 2 to 8 years.

Fitness area: reserved for adults and children over 1m40.

Trampoline: For safety reasons, the trampoline is limited to one person at a time.

Mini Club: No children will be kept outside of the scheduled hours. A written authorisation will be requested if you wish your child over 6 years old to return to your accommodation alone at the end of the activity.

Additional activities: Any free or paying activity mentioned in this document may, in certain circumstances beyond our control, be modified or cancelled on your arrival on the site. We cannot be held responsible for this.

Children are under the responsibility of their parents.
